I was born in Madrid and moved to Knightsbridge with my family in the early 70s where we lived for 25 years. I am trilingual and have been working in the prime central London market since the late 1990s, initially working for a leading estate agency before going on to open and manage their South Kensington office. Having grown up locally, I am passionate about Knightsbridge and have built up a wealth of local knowledge and contacts. I joined the dynamic and friendly NVP sales team in 2018 when I diversified from a long career selling residential property to take up a supporting role. Whilst I enjoyed the change and focused on the compliance side of the business day to day, the global pandemic highlighted how much I missed the transactional side of things .When the opportunity to return to a selling role presented itself I jumped at the chance to fulfil my passion again which has always been property and deal focused.

I have a widely developed knowledge of the Prime Central London Residential Lettings Industry market which I put down not only to being a long-standing Member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (MARLA) but also in a large part to starting my career in agency as an administrator before progressing through the ranks to Negotiator, Manager, and on to Lettings Director. Following nearly 20 years working within corporate agencies it is a pleasure to be part of the vibrant and energetic team that we have here at Nicolas Van Patrick, where I have been since 2019. With several years of experience in client-facing roles, I began my career at Holts, the UK’s largest fine, modern, and antique gun auctioneer before transitioning into prime central London real estate. I started at Douglas & Gordon in Notting Hill, later expanding my expertise across Kensington, Pimlico, Belgravia & Westminster. This breadth of experience has given me a deep understanding of the central london property market and the nuances that define each area. Now at NVP, I am proud to be part of a highly experienced team known for its honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Since its founding in 2014, the firm has continued to expand, acquiring Hobart Slater and more recently, HLR. I had the privilege to join Nic and Patrick shortly after they opened the doors at NVP after running my own business. I set up the lettings and property management department and enjoyed seeing it flourish. Born in Scotland I have now lived in London for several years and prior to joining NVP I have worked in a  sales role for luxury interiors in Chelsea this further extended my passion for property. Having studied Rural Land Management at university I am thrilled to be back in the property industry in a support role amongst such a fun & experienced team.

I helped start up a successful property company which specialised in residential investment and management for overseas clients mainly from the Far East. In 1999 I joined HLR and became partner in 2004 where I remained until the company was purchased in 2024. I am now thrilled to be part of NVP’s fantastic team.
